Wayve is seeking a Fleet Service and Maintenance Technician to maintain the safety, performance, and readiness of our autonomous vehicle fleet. You will perform routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, and ensure vehicles are ready for demonstrations and testing.
Reporting to the Fleet Service Manager, the role requires mechanical knowledge, experience with diagnostic systems, and a safety-focused mindset. You’ll collaborate with engineering, drivers, and operations teams daily.

The Fleet Service and Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, performance, and operational readiness of Wayve’s autonomous vehicle fleet. From routine servicing and diagnostics to urgent repairs and vehicle readiness for high-visibility events, technicians ensure our fleet remains in peak condition to support testing, demonstrations, and real-world deployment.
