Fleet Service Advisor (Contact Centre)

Location: Alfreton

Salary: £28,000 + excellent benefits & career progression

Working Hours: Monday – Friday

05:30 AM – 14:30 PM

10:00 AM – 19:00 PM

Flexibility required: Working days may occasionally move to weekends or alternate shifts to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact for all fleet-related enquiries.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online requests promptly and professionally.
  • Manage emergency breakdowns, general defects, and compliance events.
  • Liaise with suppliers and workshops to arrange repairs and maintenance.
  • Keep customers informed throughout each case and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with your team of Fleet Service Advisors to meet departmental goals.
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as a Fleet Service Advisor, Contact Centre Advisor, or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong IT knowledge, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • A flexible and professional approach to work.
  • Ability to prioritise and work calmly under pressure.
  • Willingness to work alternate shifts or occasional weekends when required.
