A franchised main dealer in the Crawley/Gatwick area is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to drive performance and profitability of the Fleet department. The ideal candidate will have experience in Fleet or Business Development roles, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include achieving volume objectives, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer retention. Competitive OTE of £50,000 offered.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Fleet / LBDM / Business Development role is essential.

  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
