Dexory is transforming global logistics with autonomous robots and advanced software. We are building a team of engineers who turn fleet data into actionable insights, triggering fixes and improvements across our robotic systems.

You’ll own data-heavy analysis, dashboards, and health monitoring for robot fleets, collaborating with hardware, software, and operations to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A few years of engineering experience in a data-heavy, operational or reliability role.
• Data skills in Python and time-series analysis; building dashboards that people actually use.
• Familiarity with Linux, log analysis and ROS; willingness to learn more if needed.
• Curiosity and persistence—seeing what others miss.
• Clear written communication; findings must be easy to interpret.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, metrics and alerts for robot and fleet health.
• Analyse incident and telemetry data to find recurring failures and leading indicators.
• Investigate degradation signals and turn them into alerts or engineering tickets.
• Audit fleet configuration, detect drift, drive it back to baseline, and simplify configuration to prevent drift.
• Track component-level health and feed preventive maintenance intervals and the monthly fleet health report.
• Produce evidence packs for engineering and hardware decisions: what is failing, how often, where, and what it costs.
• Feed findings into playbooks so Robot Support can act on them.
• Coordinate with Robot Support and Commissioning to close the loop between field failures and pre-ship checks.

Responsibilities

You'll need

• A few years of engineering experience in a data-heavy, operational or reliability role.
• Data skills: Python, time-series analysis, and building dashboards people actually use.
• Linux and log analysis, and enough ROS to interpret what a robot was doing when it failed — or the clear appetite to learn it quickly.
• Curiosity and persistence — most of the value is in noticing what nobody reported.
• Clear written communication; findings nobody can read do not get fixed.

Measured on. Issues detected before customer impact, repeat incidents eliminated, alert quality, and config compliance.
