A recruitment agency is looking for a motivated Warehouse Administrator to join a chilled warehouse operation in Leeds. The role supports warehouse operations, handling data management, vehicle administration, and general administration tasks. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in Excel and Word, strong communication skills, and a thorough attention to detail. This temporary-to-permanent position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic environment.
Salary: £13.70ph
Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm
This shift would then change to Wednesday to Sunday 8am till 4pm
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in a chilled warehouse environment in LS10. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the efficient running of warehouse operations, handling administrative tasks, inventory management, and ensuring timely communication between departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and be comfortable working in a cold environment. This is a temporary-to-permanent role for individuals with prior admin or warehouse experience who are looking to expand their skills.
Some of your day to day duties as a Fleet Administrator with our client will include :

IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Experience with warehouse management or bespoke database systems is advantageous.
Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy is essential for managing stock and ensuring data is correctly logged.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly manner when liaising with colleagues and suppliers.
Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve order discrepancies or logistical issues efficiently.
Teamwork: Able to collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a chilled environment, with the ability to work efficiently.
