A leading fleet management company in the UK is seeking a Fleet Management Strategic Customer Account Manager to enhance customer relationships and oversee service delivery. Northgate Fleet Management is experiencing strong growth, and we are looking for an exceptional person to support the continued expansion of our customer base and fleet. A new opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Management Strategic Customer Account Manager to work with some of our key large-scale customers. As a Fleet Management Strategic Customer Account Manager, you'll be the single point of contact for Northgate's largest customer accounts, working closely with our Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional fleet management services. You'll take ownership of Service Level Agreements, advise on fleet efficiencies, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to strategic customers. In this role, you will build strong, lasting relationships that deliver significant benefits for both the customer and the Group.
