Northgate Fleet Management is experiencing strong growth, and we are looking for an exceptional person to support the continued expansion of our customer base and fleet. A new opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Management Strategic Customer Account Manager to work with some of our key large-scale customers. As a Fleet Management Strategic Customer Account Manager, you'll be the single point of contact for Northgate's largest customer accounts, working closely with our Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional fleet management services. You'll take ownership of Service Level Agreements, advise on fleet efficiencies, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to strategic customers. In this role, you will build strong, lasting relationships that deliver significant benefits for both the customer and the Group.

  • Proven experience managing strategic customer accounts, ideally with contract values up to £15m.
  • In-depth knowledge of fleet management, including onboarding, de‑fleeting, and vehicle exchanges.
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage confidently with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
  • Comfortable analysing and interpreting data to monitor fleet performance and drive efficiencies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Knowledge of HGV fleets and the fleet market is desirable.
