A leading healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a Fleet Make Ready Operative to maintain and prepare a fleet of patient transport vehicles. You will ensure compliance with safety standards while performing vehicle checks and cleaning. Candidates should have a valid driving license, good communication skills, and some knowledge in vehicle maintenance. This role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and offers an hourly wage of £13.85.

The post holder will be a vital member of the team who will ensure that a fleet of circa 50 - 60 patient transport vehicles are maintained to the highest possible standard. The post holder will work both independently and under the direction of the Shift Managers.
This role will help to ensure that the Trust is compliant with a range of policies and procedures ensuring the health and safety of colleagues, patients and the general public.
The post holder will have a keen eye for detail and a methodical work approach. The post holder will need to work outside in a range of weather conditions.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is preferable
