We are now recruiting Workshop Shift Supervisors at our North West Hub Workshop on a Permanent contract, with the potential to earn over £50k including allowances and overtime.
Working Hours: Full time - 39.5 hours per week (excluding meal breaks) working 5 out of 7 days per week. (rotating shift pattern; weeks 1&2: 06:00 - 14:30, and week 3: 13:30 - 21:30). You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays & Sundays (with weekday days off).
With a Fleet of over 49,000 vehicles, including traditional fuel and electric vehicles, LCVs and HGVs, maintaining our vehicles is a true team effort. Reporting to the Fleet Workshop Manager, the Shift Supervisor provides a pivotal supporting role to the Workshop management team. Responsible for leading operations across a shift in line with production planning and control requirements, you'll deploy agreed processes and staff resources to ensure the Workshop operates safely and delivers high levels of quality and efficiency.
