We are now recruiting Workshop Shift Supervisors at Bristol Workshop on a Permanent , with the potential to earn up to £45k.
Full time – 39.5 hours per week (rotating shift pattern; week 1: 06:00‑14:30, week 2: 07:00‑15:00 and week 3: 13:30‑22:00). You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a weekday day off).
With a Fleet of over 49,000 vehicles, including traditional fuel and electric vehicles, LCVs and HGVs, maintaining our vehicles is a true team effort. Reporting to the Fleet Workshop Manager, the Shift Supervisor provides a pivotal supporting role to the Workshop management team. Responsible for leading operations across a shift in line with production planning and control requirements, you’ll deploy agreed processes and staff resources to ensure the Workshop operates safely and delivers high levels of quality and efficiency.
