Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage service schedules to ensure all vehicles meet legal and regulatory standards
  • Schedule and coordinate tasks with suppliers to maintain efficient operations and high‑quality service delivery
  • Monitor job progress, update systems, and maintain clear records of all activities
  • Review inspections and service documentation to confirm vehicles comply with required standards
  • Handle unplanned breakdowns, workflows for estimates and authorisations, and keep stakeholders informed throughout
Skills & Experience
  • Fleet experience in HGV or vans advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments
  • Enjoy the challenge of actioning fast repair resolutions
  • Work collaboratively within a team while managing tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Organisational and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage data effectively
  • Knowledge of HGV advantageous
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance advantageous
