The role
As a Fleet Engineer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the London Fire Brigade by ensuring their vehicles and operational equipment are expertly specified, manufactured, and maintained to meet critical operational standards. Day–to–day, you'll be part of a team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. From developing technical specifications to leading Engineering solutions that reduce defects and improve efficiency, your work will directly contribute to the reliability of emergency services.
This role is full time, 40 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with minimum 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home. Business demands may require 5 days per week on site during busy periods.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
