Fleet Coordinator

£30,000

Hours: 7am – 4pm, Monday to Friday

Halo is the industry leading UK-based accident repair group with 36 accident repair centres across the UK and we are still growing. Partnered with IRS (Intelligent Repair Services) based in Germany, we have an unrivaled platform for excellent training, development and employee packages.

We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our Head Office Team. The Fleet Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day management and compliance of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles remain roadworthy, compliant and efficiently maintained. This role upholds O‑Licence undertakings, monitors safety and legal standards and supports the wider fleet function in delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor PMI, LCV & service schedules for full compliance.
  • Maintain tachograph data, ensuring adherence to drivers’ hours and WTD.
  • Support O‑Licence undertakings and compliance audits.
  • Coordinate defect rectification and track completion & liaise with workshops and suppliers to minimise downtime.
  • Keep all fleet records accurate and up to date.
  • Support internal/external audits with documentation and reports.
  • Communicate key compliance and maintenance deadlines to sites.
Measurement & Performance
  • 100 % PMI and service schedule compliance.
  • No missed tachograph or inspection deadlines.
  • Timely defect resolution and accurate documentation.
  • Positive audit outcomes and reduced compliance risk.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Knowledge of DVSA regulations, O‑Licence requirements and driver compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with good problem‑solving ability.
  • Skilled in using Fleet Management Systems (e.g., FleetCheck), Microsoft Excel and digital record systems.
