Job summary

慨正橡扯 is seeking a Senior Connectivity Engineer based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, to manage the connectivity layer for a global fleet of robots. This hybrid role will require you to build tooling and automation for managing mesh VPN, routers, and cellular connections.

The ideal candidate will have strong networking fundamentals, be proficient in Go and/or Python, and possess experience in robotics or connected devices. Responsibilities include evolving the connectivity stack, building self-serve workflows, and ensuring observability across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Go and/or Python.
• Experience with Linux networking stack and debugging.
• Strong networking fundamentals (routing, NAT, firewalls, DNS, VPNs).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the fleet connectivity stack.
• Build internal tooling and self-serve workflows.
• Operate the mesh VPN layer and deliver connectivity observability.
• Improve cellular/SIM lifecycle management.
• Partner with deployment and customer-facing teams.
