Job summary

Enva Group is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead safety, compliance and lifecycle performance of its HGV fleet and container assets. You will manage fleet governance, maintenance planning, asset control and supplier performance to ensure vehicles and records are fit for purpose.

The role requires leadership of fleet compliance, maintenance workshops and asset management teams, with a focus on continuous improvement, audit readiness and cost control.

Qualifications

• CPC Certificate of Professional Competence (National or International) is essential.
• Experience in fleet compliance and maintenance management within a regulated fleet environment (logistics, recycling, waste, transport or heavy vehicles).
• Strong knowledge of Operator Licence, DVSA standards, UK transport legislation, PMI, defect management and audit-ready records.
• Demonstrated experience leading workshops, maintenance teams and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet safety, compliance and asset roadworthiness.
• Ensure vehicles, containers and workshops meet Operator Licence, DVSA standards and SHEQ requirements.
• Maintain PMI, defect reporting, MOT preparation, brake, tyre, tachograph and driver compliance.
