Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre or service environment.
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic and professional under pressure.
• Strong admin skills and PC proficiency.
• Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers arranging service, maintenance, and repairs for company vehicles.
• Assist customers who have broken down and organise recovery.
• Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles.
• Schedule additional services as needed.
• Keep customers updated and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Support the team with ad hoc tasks.
