Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and compliance for a fleet of 48 vehicles.
• Check engineers’ timesheets against vehicle tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and fleet records.
• Manage the RingGo parking app for fleet usage.
• Coordinate repairs for tyres, windscreens, and general maintenance.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation is current and roadworthy.
