Job Title: Fleet Administrator
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Location: Harold Wood (Office-Based)
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Adore Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing client based in Harold Wood, who are seeking a proactive and highly organised Fleet Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position in brand new offices, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a business with exciting growth plans.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and compliance of a fleet currently consisting of 48 vans — a number expected to grow as the company expands. You’ll also support internal teams and engineers with general admin duties and training compliance, making this a varied and key support role within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee administration and compliance for a fleet of 48 vehicles (subject to increase with company growth)

Check engineers’ timesheets against vehicle tracking systems

Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and fleet records

Manage the RingGo parking app for fleet usage

Coordinate repairs for tyres, windscreens, and general maintenance

Ensure all vehicle documentation is current and roadworthy

Liaise with engineers regarding vehicle requirements and support needs

Take responsibility for the out-of-hours phone on a shared rota to manage emergency vehicle issues

Maintain asbestos training records and book necessary training courses for staff

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in fleet, logistics, or office administration is preferred

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using tracking/booking systems

Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks

Willingness to be part of an out-of-hours phone rota

Familiarity with training compliance or health & safety administration (desirable)
