Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Experience in a customer contact role with relationship-building.
  • Knowledge of the car leasing industry preferred but not essential.
  • Key attention to detail and accuracy required in work.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ancillary RFL and V5 administration to the highest level.
  • Handle customer inquiries and manage customer data.
  • Build relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Present daily and weekly fleet administration reports.
