Flat Roofer - Permanent Position (£35,000 + Company Van)

About the Role

Sora Recruitment is seeking an experienced Flat Roofer on behalf of a leading Bristol-based building contractor. This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term stability, competitive pay and a company van. The successful candidate will work on a range of commercial and maintenance roofing projects across the South West region.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain flat roofing systems including single-ply, torch-on felt and liquid-applied membranes.
• Inspect existing roofs, identify defects and complete remedial works to a high standard.
• Work to specifications and drawings to deliver quality and compliant installations.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently in line with site health & safety policies.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment to a professional standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Flat Roofer in commercial or maintenance settings.
• Skilled in a range of flat-roofing systems and materials.CSCS card and working at height training preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
