Job description

The Global Flagship Visual Merchandising Creative Manager is the creative and strategic leader responsible for positioning the London Flagship as the ultimate showcase of our brand's vision, innovation, and commercial strength. This role is at the forefront of translating global brand strategies into immersive, premium in-store experiences that inspire consumers, drive sales, and set the standard for all markets worldwide.

Position Responsibilities
  • Position the London Flagship as the global benchmark for VM, delivering world‑class window concepts, mannequin styling, sub‑brand navigation, merchandising, and large‑format in‑store POS.
  • Partner closely with the store team to ensure consistent, elevated brand expression and provide regular, actionable feedback.
  • Conduct daily floor and window walks with the management team to guarantee excellence in visual and retail standards.
Planning & Execution
  • Oversee the planning and flawless execution of premium store and window schemes, coordinating with the retail commercial and BX teams for installation.
  • Lead the conversation on inspiring proposals for the store to achieve the brand vision of a global flagship.
Commercial Impact
  • Monitor stock health & commerciality, making strategic adjustments based on data.
  • Collaborate with department managers and work together effectively to see growth in all product categories.
  • Share commercial and creative insights with European & global teams to highlight needs and influence broader retail strategies.
Training & Team Development
  • Be fully responsible to recruit, retain and develop your own VM team to deliver the highest standards.
  • Train and inspire the full Flagship team on Levi's Brand hierarchy, BX standards & visual storytelling techniques.
  • Support new season product training and styling workshops to ensure the team delivers an exceptional premium consumer experience.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with merchandising to build the optimal product offer for the store. React in‑season with planning to fulfil all opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing & loyalty to bring in‑store campaigns and events to life, ensuring they align with global brand direction.
  • Represent the Flagship during senior and leadership‑level visits, communicating performance insights and creative feedback to BX and Retail teams.
