Job summary

Burberry in London is hiring an In-Store Visual Merchandiser for our flagship Regent Street store. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role brings Burberry's visual identity to life through exceptional execution, creativity and attention to detail while partnering with Regional and Headquarters Visual Merchandising teams.

You will ensure the store delivers an inspiring client journey, maintain global brand standards and collaborate across store, regional and corporate teams to implement

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising within a fast-paced flagship environment.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, styling principles and luxury brand presentation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A collaborative approach, building strong relationships across store, regional and corporate teams.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how visual merchandising contributes to business performance.
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity, fashion and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising strategies, seasonal launches and product presentations in line with Burberry standards.
• Create engaging and commercially effective product displays using corporate guidelines, that enhance the client experience and drive business performance.
• Partner closely with the Store Manager to ensure visual priorities support store objectives.
• Collaborate with Regional and HQ Visual Merchandising teams to implement campaigns, guidelines and new concepts.
• Maintain exceptional presentation standards across all store areas, identifying opportunities to elevate the environment.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, sharing insights that support continuous improvement and innovation.
