Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a leading fashion and accessories retailer to recruit an experienced Flagship Visual Merchandiser for a prominent store in Manchester. This role offers autonomy to shape the store's visual identity and customer journey while delivering brand standards and commercial performance.

You'll own the visual strategy across a flagship environment, plan seasonal launches, and collaborate with Store Management to energise floor space and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Visual Merchandiser or similar at flagship or large-format stores.
• Track record of delivering high presentation standards and commercial impact.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and adapt to local market.
• Strong space planning and product presentation skills.
• Autonomous worker with strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the visual merchandising strategy across a flagship store.
• Create impactful window displays and product presentations that drive sales.
• Plan seasonal launches and major floor moves across a large sales floor.
• Use sales data and customer behavior to influence visuals.
• Maximise selling opportunities through space planning and storytelling.
• Collaborate with Store Management as the merchandising expert.
• Coach colleagues to maintain high visual standards.
• Maintain presentation standards while adapting to trading priorities.
• Provide feedback to Head Office on trends and opportunities.
