Job summary

Talentshed is seeking an Optical Manager to lead a high-volume flagship practice in the North West. You will oversee a 4-test-room site and a 31-strong team, driving service standards and performance.

The role offers a basic salary up to £40,000, with a generous product discount scheme and free local parking. You will work a full-time pattern from 10am–10pm, with one weekend day and ongoing support from senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large optical team.
• Proven track record in store management.
• Ability to drive service standards across a multi-room practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a flagship practice with 4 test rooms and 31 staff.
• Inspire and develop the store team to deliver high-quality optical care.
• Manage shift patterns across a 10:00–22:00 daily schedule.
• Oversee weekend cover with one weekend day per week.
