Qualifications

• Must live in or around the SO or PO postcodes.
• Relevant electrical certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fixed wire electrical circuit testing in commercial properties.
• Perform PAT testing and emergency lighting tests when possible.

Skills

18th edition certification

2391 test and inspection certification

AM2 certificate or NVQ Level 3 equivalent

Customer service skills

Ability to pass a DBS check

Role Overview

• Doing fixed wire electrical circuit testing in commercial properties
• Also doing a very small amount of PAT testing and emergency lighting tests if you have the experience
• Covering around the SO and PO areas in South Hampshire
• Working in offices, commercial buildings and supermarkets

Skills / Experience needed as a Fixed Wire Electrical Tester

• Living anywhere in or around the SO or PO postcodes
• 18th edition needed as well as your electrical 2391 test and inspection certificate or equivalent
• Having your AM2 certificate or NVQ Level 3 equivalent would be very beneficial
• Great customer services skills for when you are on site
• Be able to pass a DBS check
