A National Health Service organization in Camden Town seeks a full-time consultant radiologist with a subspecialty in Chest Radiology. The role involves performing chest biopsies, participating in acute radiology on-call, and teaching UCL trainees. Full UK GMC registration and relevant specialist training are required. This position promotes flexible working with access to at-home reporting.
The Whittington Health NHS Trust would like to appoint a full‑time consultant radiologist (10 PAs) with a subspecialty interest in Chest Radiology and the ability to perform chest biopsies. This post also requires general cross‑sectional reporting, including hotseat cover, and participation in the general acute radiology on‑call service at a frequency of 1 in 20 second on‑call.
Successful applicants will have access to a reporting workstation at home as part of a service plan to promote flexible working via home reporting. Participation in the teaching of rotating onsite UCL radiology trainees (currently nine) will also be expected.
Successful applicants should have full UK GMC registration and an unrestricted/full licence to practise, as well as demonstrating commensurate specialist training.
