• A Degree/Diploma in Adult Nursing.
• A first level registered nurse.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team is desirable.
• Understanding of complex assessments and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality holistic care to patients.
• Assist in the assessment, planning, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Supervise the team in the absence of the District Nursing Team Leader.
