Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
• Knowledge of financial transaction recording standards and general ledger structures.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Google Suite for reporting and reconciliation.
• Basic Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP) are expected.
• Understanding of balance sheet and income statement fundamentals.
• Awareness of tax, cash and compliance requirements in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Records journal entries and financial transactions in line with policies.
• Performs reconciliations of bank, balance sheet and subledger accounts.
• Prepares standard reports and schedules for internal reviews.
• Responds to inquiries with supporting documentation for transactions.
• Ensures documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with controls.
