Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate front-of-house team.
• Be a visible hands-on presence on the floor and bar during service.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to align front and back of house.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and P&L with commercial awareness.
• Oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner services to consistent five-star standards.
• Drive innovation through new concepts and menu development.
• Host and manage private events and functions.
• Maintain luxury service standards while nurturing a positive team culture.
• Provide mentoring, daily briefings, and ongoing team development.
