Job Title – Fitout Site Manager – Tier 1 Contractor

Project – Commercial Fitout

Job Location – Belfast City

Salary - £40K- £50K + package

About the Company

A fantastic opportunity to work on high profile, commercial projects in Belfast City with an industry leading Main Contractor.

Projects range in value form £10M to £300M and vary between commercial and high rise residential.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of various fitout projects as required by the business.
• Oversee commercial and retail fit out projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure H&S and Company Policies are adhered to.
• Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience working in the fit-out industry in the UK.
• Flexibility- applicants must be flexible with travel to different sites as required by the business.
• Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
• Experience working on healthcare projects is essential for this role.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
