Job description

Experienced Fitout Project Manager with Hotel or high end resi experience required to work for leading contractor on this high end project. The Snr PM will oversee this project which is a £30m fitout of the hotel, including rooms, common areas, reception etc.

There will be a team of Construction Managers reporting into this role and a seperate surveying team.

All usual PM duties apply including overseeing the client / project from precon through to completion on time to budget etc.

The candidate must have delivered a similar sized projects and be used to dealing with clients within the hospitality sector.
