Job summary

A leading healthcare charity in Newbury is seeking a Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to lead a team in driving fitness and wellbeing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience as a personal or fitness trainer, strong leadership skills, and be qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level. This part-time role offers a salary of up to £30,700 per annum (pro rata) and a benefits package including free gym membership and health assessments.
