Job description

Our client is a leading global fitness equipment and solutions provider. They are currently looking to recruit a direct telesales account executive to join their highly successful UK based team. This position is a fully remote working opportunity and we are happy to consider candidates based anywhere within the UK. This opportunity is a Full Time, Self Employed position.

Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for increasing the turnover and profit of our clients business by growing the customer average order value, total value and order frequency.
  • To be responsible for managing allocated territories to ensure they meet the agreed targets, KPIs and objectives whilst adhering to the sales process.
  • To be responsible for ensuring that the company's customer service is second to none by being pro‑active in resolving issues and delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications and Expectations
  • True sales person with a ‘competitive sales hunger’ ideally from a large corporate setting.
  • Passionate about fitness and the products our client sells; able to attend fitness conventions and shows (UK) and represent the client’s brand in fitness attire, living and breathing the organisation’s ethos.
  • Strong ability to sell, handle rejection, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, engaging personality and a hunger to be the best.
  • Minimum of 2 years telesales experience and a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
