Job summary

Parkwood Leisure Limited is seeking a Fitness Instructor for Erith Leisure Centre. The role covers 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as required.

You will conduct inductions, fitness assessments and create personal programmes while ensuring safety and high-quality customer service within the facility. The post emphasizes team collaboration and active promotion of the Expressions brand.

Qualifications

• REPS Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Flexibility to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work variable hours including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, clients and staff.
• Ability to communicate at different levels within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Undertake inductions for new members.
• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personal programmes.
• Help operate the health and fitness facilities safely and efficiently.
• Promote the Expressions brand and adhere to sales procedures during interactions.
