The Gym Group is hiring a Level 2 Qualified Fitness Instructor to join our growing nationwide team. With 230 locations nationwide and 24/7 access, you’ll help members stay active in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Your role includes inductions, tours, health and safety checks, and leading classes while promoting a positive, engaging culture across our gyms.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, motivating and proactive approach to helping members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member inductions and gym tours.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on the gym floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
