Job summary

Freedom Leisure in Tenterden is seeking a dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our team. You will tailor workouts to individuals and groups, motivate clients, and ensure safe and effective use of equipment.

With up to 37 hours per week on a rota basis, and a Level 3 fitness qualification (minimum) plus professional fitness credentials, you will deliver excellent customer service and help residents enjoy healthier, happier lives at our Tenterden Leisure Centre.

Job description

We are looking for a Fitness Instructor to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a real passion for fitness along with the relevant qualifications. As a Fitness Instructor, you need to inspire people to train, to tailor the workouts to the individual making them fun and effective, ensuring that they use the equipment both effectively and safely. The role of a Fitness Instructor is varied and interesting as you never know who your next client is going to be, so you will need to possess excellent people skills to build peoples trust and confidence in you. If you have the skills and passion, we want to hear from you. In the event that a high volume of suitable applications are received, the post may close prior to the specified closing date. Hours: up to 37 hours a week, Monday - Sunday (Rota basis)
