Everlast Gyms is seeking qualified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to build a thriving PT business within one of the UK’s fastest-growing fitness brands. With access to a built-in member base and ongoing development, you’ll grow your client base while delivering exceptional coaching and member experiences.

As an Everlast Fitness Coach, you’ll support member results through coaching, group sessions, and personalised fitness solutions, with opportunities to retain 100% of your PT earnings

Responsibilities

• Conduct member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions.
• Support new member acquisition and retention.
• Deliver high-quality fitness coaching and customer service.
• Lead group training sessions and fitness challenges.
• Build relationships to support long-term engagement.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance results.
• Maintain gym cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Support club events, campaigns and community initiatives.
