A local charity and social enterprise is seeking a Fitness Instructor in Lewes to supervise daily gym operations, engage with customers, and support their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for health and fitness, along with L2 Fitness Instructing qualifications. This role focuses on motivating clients, delivering fitness appointments, and ensuring a safe and welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• Desired L3 PT qualifications and GP referral or willingness to work towards both.
• Ability to deliver appointments in line with relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support customers to increase retention and achieve their goals.
• Carry out gym appointments and deliver our member journey.
• Provide advice and guidance on safe equipment use and correct exercise technique.
• Deliver gym floor group training sessions as required.
• Engage customers with in-centre gym challenges.
• Participate actively in the membership sales process.
