Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom seeks qualified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to help clients achieve goals and build a thriving PT business. You'll work with a built-in member base and enjoy the ability to keep 100% of your Personal Training earnings while developing your client list.

Roles offer 8–16 hours per week on-site, with paid gym floor hours while growing your PT business. You'll conduct consultations, onboarding, group training and promotion of services to enhance member

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA membership required.
• Valid public liability insurance.
• Experience in delivering coaching and group training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality fitness coaching and customer service.
• Lead group training sessions and fitness challenges.
• Conduct member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions.
• Support new member acquisition and retention.
• Maintain gym cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance results.
• Help grow your PT business while maintaining excellent member experience.
