A progressive coaching organization in Glasgow is seeking a qualified Personal Trainer & Coach to join their community. The position starts part-time with clear paths to full-time, focusing on personalized training and nutrition support for clients. Essential qualifications include a Level 3 Personal Training qualification and 2+ years of relevant experience. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in clients' lives while working remotely and flexibly.
Gay Man's Coaching (GMC) is seeking a qualified, passionate personal trainer to join our expanding coaching team. We're primarily hiring for part-time positions with clear progression to full-time roles within a few months. For exceptionally qualified candidates, full-time positions may be available immediately.
This is your chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of our clients while being part of a supportive, mission-driven community.
Founded in 2019 by Keegan Hirst, the first British professional rugby league player to come out while still playing, GMC has become the premier coaching service for gay, bi, and trans men. We take a holistic approach that transforms our clients' lives across all dimensions - physical, mental, and emotional.
Our three-phase system (Priming, Building, and Transform) delivers sustainable, long-term results for our nearly 200 members. With ambitious growth plans for 2025, we're looking to double our client base and need exceptional coaches to help us get there.
Part-Time (with progression to Full-Time): Most coaches will start part-time, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position within 3-5 months based on performance and client demand.
Full-Time (for exceptional candidates): If you have extensive experience, relevant additional qualifications, or unique skills that align perfectly with our mission, we'll consider you for an immediate full-time role.
This remote position offers flexibility while allowing you to be part of something meaningful. You'll work directly with clients, providing personalised training and nutrition support that helps them thrive in all areas of life.
If you're a qualified personal trainer who's passionate about helping people transform their lives - not just their bodies - we want to hear from you. This is a chance to be part of a community that's redefining what it means to thrive as a gay, bi, or trans man.
Click the "Apply" button and submit your application through LinkedIn. Please include a brief cover letter explaining why you'd be a great fit for GMC and whether you're applying for the part-time position (with progression to full-time) or if you believe you're suited for an immediate full-time role.
We'll be in touch with qualified candidates to discuss next steps.
Gay Man's Coaching is an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
