Frasers Group-backed Everlast Gyms is seeking qualified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to help members achieve their goals. You’ll have access to a built-in member base, industry-leading facilities, and the opportunity to retain 100% of your Personal Training earnings as you grow your client base.

As an Everlast Fitness Coach, you’ll deliver coaching, group training, and personalised solutions, with part-time hours to suit experience and club requirements.

Responsabilités

• Conduct member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions
• Support new member acquisition and retention
• Deliver high-quality fitness coaching and customer service
• Lead group training sessions and fitness challenges
• Build strong relationships with members for long-term engagement
• Promote additional services and products to improve results
• Maintain gym cleanliness, presentation and safety
• Support club events and community initiatives

Job Description

The Role

We offer agreement options ranging from 8-16 hours per week, depending on experience, business goals and club requirements.

Your paid gym floor hours provide opportunities to build your Personal Training business while delivering an exceptional member experience through:

• Conducting member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions
• Supporting new member acquisition and retention
• Delivering high-quality fitness coaching and customer service
• Leading group training sessions and fitness challenges
• Building strong relationships with members to support long-term engagement
• Promoting additional services and products that enhance member results
• Maintaining excellent standards of gym cleanliness, presentation and safety
• Supporting club events, campaigns and community initiatives

As your Personal Training client base grows, you'll have the opportunity to reduce gym floor hours and focus on maximising your earning potential.

Please note, hourly Fitness Coach agreements may not be available across all clubs. Where applicable, freelance Personal Trainer opportunities are also available.
