A healthcare organization in Dartford seeks an enthusiastic Fit Tester to manage fit testing and PPE training. Responsibilities include scheduling lessons, maintaining records, and providing support to infection prevention services. Candidates should be reliable and committed, with a focus on training compliance and data analysis. This role requires flexibility to travel to different sites.
The Infection Prevention and Control Service (IPCS) hosts and provides the Trust Fit Testing for FFP3 masks for all staff. We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and committed Fit Tester who will provide specialist advice on Fit Testing via the single point of access email for Fit Testing enquiries and provide bookings, proactive and reactive support for the infection, prevention and response during outbreaks. The aim of the service is to provide ongoing training and support to ensure there are high levels of training compliance at any time in the Trust for Fit Testing. To provide comprehensive and high quality administrative support to DGT Fit Testing Programme. The post holder will also be responsible for the delivery of PPE training and auditing in clinical areas.
This position will not be supported for visa sponsorship. All applicants are expected to have a valid right to work document to work in the UK when applying for this position. Travel to other sites is required and the post holder will be expected to rotate base and manage the training equipment required.
