Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a dynamic, forward-thinking fit out contractor? Our client, a highly respected name in the commercial fit out sector, is seeking a talented Estimator to join their growing pre‑construction team in London.

About the Role

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive, and profitable tenders across a range of commercial fit out projects. You'll work closely with the pre‑construction and project delivery teams to ensure bids are fully compliant, well‑coordinated, and aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial fit out projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
• Produce BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions
• Support value engineering exercises and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from tender to delivery
