This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with experience or a motivated individual eager to learn the valuable trade of fish filleting. You will be a key part of our morning operations, ensuring orders are prepared to the highest standard and ready for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Skilfully filleting and preparing fresh fish to meet customer specifications.
  • Grading and sorting fish upon delivery.
  • Accurately picking and packing customer orders in a temperature-controlled environment.
  • Conducting stock checks and assisting with inventory management.
  • Assisting with loading delivery vans.
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness in the cutting room and all work areas, in line with food safety standards.
  • General warehouse duties and supporting the team as needed.

We work Tuesday to Saturday.
