This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and technically minded sales professional to join a forward‑thinking business supporting the aquaculture and fish farming industry across the UK.

The Role

As a Fish Farming Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with aquaculture clients, promoting gas products and technologies that enhance water quality, fish health, and overall production efficiency. You’ll provide tailored solutions and technical support to fish farming operations, helping customers achieve sustainable growth through innovative gas applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies within the aquaculture and fish farming sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hatcheries, fish farms, and processing facilities.
  • Identify new opportunities for gas applications such as oxygenation, carbon dioxide control, and water treatment.
  • Provide technical guidance and application expertise to support customer operations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within aquaculture, gas, or related environmental technologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of gas applications in fish farming (e.g., oxygenation systems, CO₂ management).
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of managing a patch‑based role.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.
