Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the First Response Service to support the non‑clinical management of the service. The post is a fixed‑term 6‑month position covering the current post holder, with shortlisting planned for Friday 21st November.

The successful applicant will work across Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Services, including Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Liaison Services, Street Triage Services, Liaison and Diversion Services and the Crisis Line.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Team Manager to ensure all aspects of quality of care are delivered, placing the needs of service users at the centre of everything we do.
  • Take responsibility for non‑clinical day‑to‑day aspects of the team.
  • Work closely with the Team Manager, Community Matron, Clinical Case Managers, Clinical Leads and Deputy Clinical Services Manager.
Employment Information

All new starters will commence in post on one fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme, which offers up to three weeks of training to meet the induction/initial training requirements of the role.
