What you’ll do on a typical day
  • Manage and motivate your team to achieve productivity and accuracy targets
  • Plan and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety, and company policies
  • Handle disciplinary, absence, and grievance issues in line with our HR policy
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and share ideas with management
