Position: First Line Manager
Location: Lichfield (WS13 8SU)
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (12:00-20:00)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Effective day to day ownership of the allocated shift within the Delphi Borgwarner operation
• Conduct monthly 1-2-1's and performance reviews with your team
• Communicate out timely reports of KPI's reporting completing handover reports at the end of each shift
• Ensure Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Accountable for briefing and training the team with regard to any procedural or process changes and ensuring that the required level of checks and balances are in place
• Communicate productivity, profitability targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected of them
• Ensure adequate safety monitoring processes are in place to promote safety first culture
• Ensure regular checks are carried out of all MHE, Safety equipment and WI care points

• Excellent communications skills - Verbal and written
• Exceptional organisational and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• A hands‑on approach, ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head‑on and in the right way
• System knowledge would be beneficial (Blue Yonder), Microsoft packages
• Smart time knowledge/experience would be beneficial
• Ability to execute site plans efficiently and effectively in a fast‑paced environment
