We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,436 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day :
  • Coordinate, lead and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success
  • Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure that these are always being met, and ideally exceeded
  • Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
  • Maintaining health and safety and H&S practices across all areas of the site.
