A leading logistics firm in the UK is seeking a candidate to coordinate and motivate a team for operational success. The role involves setting and exceeding KPIs, managing staffing levels, and maintaining health and safety practices. Candidates should have experience in logistics team leadership and a strong understanding of health and safety principles. We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,436 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
