Job summary

Quint Construction Services in London is seeking 1st Fix Carpenters to join a Emerson Park project. You will install Posi-Joists and perform structural first fix carpentry for a roof installation, ensuring work aligns with technical drawings and project specs.

Applicants should have 3-4 years of 1st Fix experience, a valid CSCS card, and be comfortable reading drawings. Immediate start with reliable weekly payments and a strong on-site team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a 1st Fix Carpenter.
• Proven experience in roof construction and structural timber work.
• Experience installing Posi-Joists or similar structural joist systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical construction drawings - essential.
• Valid CSCS card - essential, with relevant references.
• Own tools and full PPE required.
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Install Posi-Joists and carry out structural first fix carpentry works as part of a roof installation project.
• Read and interpret technical construction drawings and work to specifications.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety on site.
