We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our Community Musculoskeletal Service and act as a First Contact Physiotherapist working with one of our Primary Care Networks. Bay Medical Group operates across Morecambe and Heysham with approximately 53,000 patients registered. The successful applicant will be based at the Heysham site and will work closely with practice teams. You must be able to travel to various sites across the Trust independent of public transport.

In this role you will assess patients who have self‑referenced to GP practice‑based Physiotherapy services. You will work closely with GP colleagues, community MSK physiotherapy team and the iMSK orthopaedic triage service to provide timely assessment and decision‑making. A flexible and innovative approach to practice, including interfacing with other services as agreed, is essential.
